<length> Integer type: length of characters sent to the TE in

<Command> or <response> (i.e. twice the number of

octets in the raw data).

<Command> String type(string should be included in quotation

marks): hex format: GSM 11.11 SIM Command sent

from the ME to the SIM.

<response> String type(string should be included in quotation

marks): hex format: GSM 11.11 response from SIM to

<Command>.
